Olio Nuovo Celebration — 

An exclusive evening dedicated to the art and appreciation of extra virgin olive oil. Each guest is invited to bring a bottle of their choice — a personal expression of origin, variety, and craft.

Producers are invited to bring their freshly pressed oils; tasters and olive oil aficionados, perhaps a wine to toast the new harvest.

Together, we will curate a collective tasting list and explore each oil through a guided, sensorial journey led by our shared expertise.

The evening unfolds in a convivial spirit, with select wines and small bites contributed by the participants. Conversation, discovery, and the pleasure of tasting unite in an intimate atmosphere designed for meaningful exchange among producers, sensory professionals, and olive oil aficionados.
