
The Sensory Circle

An intimate gathering of producers, sensory professionals, and olive oil aficionados, dedicated to exceptional specialty olive oils encountered during the first half of the year.
The tasting will feature a curated selection that may include winners of the Swiss Olive Oil Award, New World olive oils as well as oils elaborated by participating producers, allowing us to observe and discuss evolution, stability, and sensory expression over time.
As always, the tasting list will be created collectively. Participants are invited to bring one bottle of olive oil they consider noteworthy — whether for its excellence, uniqueness, or its journey since harvest.
A contribution will be collected to cover the shared cost of wines and snacks, catered by Trafo Baden. The amount will be communicated in advance.
This is a private, invitation-only evening, conceived as a space for thoughtful exchange, shared expertise, and sensory curiosity.
