Origin: Mountain and coast, Mirambello Valley and Bay
Producer: 400 selected olive farmers, working closely with our company agronomist
Harvest period: Early November to mid-December
Olive oil category: Extra virgin, acidity between 0.27-0.30.
Organoleptic profile: Mild at first, fruity, only slightly bitter and pleasantly peppery.
Uses and food pairing: Suitable raw on salads and pasta, as well as in cooking: grilling and roasting poultry, meat and fish.
